back from a very busy three weeks!
God has been doing wonderful things, as always the past 3 or 4 weeks! I was blessed with the opportunity to be a counselor for 2 weeks at "Kamp Koinonia." http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#!/note.php?note_id=413862273620(a more detailed description) the theme was "Rebuilding the Wall." and it was a great time!
When I got back from those two weeks, Bear Valley Church of Christ came and had a wonderful fellowship potluck with us!! It was incredibly encouraging to have the church building pretty filled up! Especially with such fantastic people.
Next, I went off the a girls camp to counsel, called Higher Ground Encampment!
This is a teen girls camp put on by Bear Valley! This was the second year it was done, and we had around 35 girls! What a fantastic experience. one girl, Christy, was baptised into Christ. And the sunday after, Jordan Balbin
We also had serveral girls come forward, expressing their needs for change and repentence. God worked wonders :)
I returned back home to my church family, seeing their excitement for the upcoming gospel meeting!! John Fears, from Pocahontis, Arkansas was returning to feed us some great Bible and stir up some excitement for growth! what an immense blessing from God.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to let all the members at Granby know that you have a special place in my heart. God has led me to the point in my life where our paths have crossed. I have truly been blessed to be able to stand before you and preach two gospel meetings in the last two years. I pray that you all will continue to minister to each other and in the process - touch the hearts of many souls in the Granby area. We may be 1,000 miles apart but we are close in spirit. Please let me know if I can ever do anything to help any of you. I hope to be able to come back and preach in another Gospel Meeting for you next summer. Jon Fears, minister, Skaggs C of C, Pocahontas, Arkansas.
